Quality of Goods (for art pieces and photography services)
We provide only the highest quality images and have done all we can to ensure they will last a lifetime by using the highest quality pigments and additional UV protection. Be advised that these works should be kept indoors in a low humidity environment and not left in direct sunlight.
All one of a kind items are sold AS IS. Each piece is unique and any defects in the wood or finish are part of the charm of the piece. Please review the photos carefully before purchasing.
All of our reclaimed lumber pieces are fully dried in a kiln or other method and every care has been taken to ensure they are of the highest quality, but care must be taken to ensure they don't warp or age. Keep away from water or long term exposure to high humidity.
With our woodprints, our measurements are the closest approximations as the wood is general not fully square.
Payment for Material Goods
Payment is due on submission of your order. We accept all major credit cards. There is a $25 fee for any returned payments. Shipping charges will be presented upon checkout but duties at the border may result in some additional charges in some cases, though we have done everything we can to minimize or eliminate these fees in many cases.
Returns
Deposits on photography packages are non-refundable and must be used within one year of purchase.
Digital prints with a defect must be returned within 14 days for replacement or refund.
Woodprints and one of a kind items are sold as-is. The defects in the wood or the finish are an integral part of the art piece.
Resolution
Both parties agree to utilize mediation to resolve any issues.
